Architectural facade panels
VitraPanel is manufactured using Australian Compressed Fibre Cement and prefinished with Lumiflon V700 fluoropolymer in our factories in Sydney and Brisbane.
It is available in an unlimited range of solid colours and a large range of metallics.
Other finishes including Custom Graphic Panels are available.
VitraPanel has inherent anti graffitti properties and a low maintenance requirement and can be used for External or Internal wall panelling solutions
VitraPanel comes in a range of sizes and thickness. The most common thickness for a facade is 9mm

ANTI GRAFFITI protection (Graffiti Removal)
FIRE RESISTANT, classified as NON COMBUSTIBLE by the Building Code of Australia.
We process the raw board, cut to size (if required) and after sealing and undercoating, coat the face and all edges with our proprietary Vitraflon700 based on 100% Lumiflon fluoropolymer
Vitrapanel comes with minimum 15 year warranty. We manufacture normally within 3 weeks.
To order we will need an order number with your company information and
- Product required, thickness
- Coating -single or double sided
- Your cutting list
- The specified colour
- Number of fixings and colour
- A diagram for out of square panels
- Quantity and sizes of accessories to be painted

Vitrapanel is typically fixed using colour coded wafer head screws to the top hat fixing system you have chosen, please refer to:

The Fixing system is dependent on the panels used as a baseboard
- Face fixed using same colour fixings
Vitrapanel has low maintenance requirement, (see maintenance)
When the installation is complete we recommend you follow the following maintenance procedure for cleaning the panels.
